We have had it with the people managing this place and are just dying to get out of the lease. We have about four months left of an 8 month lease, and when speaking to the management office about our options if we wanted to leave they pretty much told us we had to pay more than what the remaining rent would be. Has anyone been successful is terminating a lease on amicable terms'

I totally aggree. Write it down to their head corporate in Austin. The person is the top property manager Mr. Marcellus Mosley (mmosley@cwscapital.com) who is the boss of Leslie Gonzales, the notorius manager of Talavera.
