We lived there for two years. They were slow to fix anything, the apartment leaked from above, and the pet deposit that we were told we would not have to pay as they had a contract with the company I worked with that we would not have to pay was voided when we got two small dogs because we never got that agreement in writing. Javier is a d--k, the office staff are good to look at but have the mental capacity of a flat tire. The gate stays open, and anyone is allowed to live there, they are a joke...Also there was a broken care parked in the parking lot for two years in front of building 8 on the Talavera side that looked like something on the East Side...and this is a luxury apartment. so why have you lived there for so long if it was that bad!? New office staff as for leasing and know what they are doing

I totally aggree. Write it down to their head corporate in Austin. The person is the top property manager Mr. Marcellus Mosley (mmosley@cwscapital.com) who is the boss of Leslie Gonzales, the notorius manager of Talavera.
