My work causes me to move all over the United States and I have lived in a number of "luxury" buildings as well as owning several homes. I have never had to deal with anything as unprofessional as the managment staff here. We have been here for 6 months. During that time we have written up our leaky water heater and had a number of conversations with management about it. They have maintenance bring out the wet/dry vac and remove the standing water but do nothing about replacing the rusty water heater. The water is now leaking so bad that it is running between the expansion joints on the second floor breezeway and causing the drywall to fall from the ceiling below. The water is also running down the hallway walls and down the stairwell. An apartment complex this size should have maintenance on site 7 days a week. Since it is Saturday we have been waiting for hours for the person "on call" to actually call! We have been told for weeks that a new water heater has been ordered. It is insulting that they would even think to use that excuse. It does not take weeks to get a water heater! I pointed out that Lowes is just on the other side of the street and I doubt it would take them weeks. Worst of all I'm paying money to live like this. The last thing the office staff said to me is that "you're jumping down my throat"...after 6 months of this crap I would say they have it coming. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I totally aggree. Write it down to their head corporate in Austin. The person is the top property manager Mr. Marcellus Mosley (mmosley@cwscapital.com) who is the boss of Leslie Gonzales, the notorius manager of Talavera.
