We have lived here for only about 2 months. we live in a 2bd 2bth. We got in on a summer deal!!! We really like it we havent seen anything strange. I have just noticed that it seems to be older ppl in the complex. We are in our early early 20's. I havent had any problems with maitnence. I wanted to put a fan in our 2nd bd room any i thought i would have to buy one but i called up there and they just installed one and its very nice. The only thing is that i think our thermastat might be a little off. AND there were tons of rollie pollies when we moved in. I havent noticed any lower class ppl but I did hear this was going to be a section 8 apartment soon. At my last apartments we found out towards the end of our lease that is was section 8 which made sense because there were repeted reports of assault. I just hope i dont have to fear for my safty!!!!

I asked my apartment locator and they said that they are not making it Section 8 even though there was an article about. Apparently every got very upset about it so they decided not to.

I have lived at TALAVERA at least 4 years now. The people who work here are really very nice. However, maintenace does not follow up on problems very quickly at all. There has been a major water leak outside my building. It has been this way sice I have lived here. I was told that this would not affect our water bills. Someone else askded and they were told that the residents of this community are paying for this major water leakage problem. It appears to be from busted underground water pipes. As expected, the mosquitoes are bad. So clear that up and I will live here for another couple of years.
