The trees are really great to come home to (although I do feel guilt that it is right over the aquifer recharge zone and they water constantly.

The management was really bad. It is hard to ever get in touch with them. They lost my contract which was crazy and caused all kinds of problems. They did not give me my deposit back (because they are super disorganized!), when I asked them about it they said they used it for water bills that I would need to still pay (3 months after my contract ended..when i did not even live there anymore).
When I lived there they would constantly lose checks...and then make you pay late charges...they were horrible!!!
The apartment was nice though, except for the bad mold problem...it really effected my allergies.

I am totally in agreement with the many negative reviews I've read so far. Although the ground maintainence was great, the problem was with the management staff. Only a few were good. Joseph, the male one, was particularly condescending, insensitive and inconsistent in his responses. He often displayed a guarded attitude rather than using his limited time (and the customer's limited time) to effectively listen to you. You feel like all "defeated and beaten up", blaming yourself wasting your time talking to him one after another encounter! In addition, the theif problem, and lack of problem ownership of the management, were a constant reality here. Next, Joseph kept telling me what I am responsible for untilt he least expires, which I could read and totally understands. I felt like any insult that he kept cutting me off and throwing things bac at me that he and I know that I should understand. However, I was nice to let him know that I am moving out way ahead. Anyone who must want my unit (2nd floor, close to main gate, not facing the main road) can have it by xxx date. It also helps if I can get some refund if it is rented out earlier. He threw regulations in my face which I knew that it is the management's (or Jospeh's personal manipulation) that my empty apt unit cannot be rented out until the contract fully expires! He creates a Lose-Lose situation for the former residents and image of the management!
