The first year living here was fine, then the managment got terrible!! They are soo rude especially a girl names -------who has a stick up her behind. She treats residents like she owns the place. Terrible, and something is always broken in the units. ohhh and its not safe, they hit my car, and my neighboors had a break in.

I totally believe you. I had a terrible experience before with them: 1)I moved in found the place not totally clean. It took me 3 different consecutive work orders to get the place cleaned up. 2)The pool was not opened at the scheduled time which was 10:00 am in the morning. Everybody was waiting by the pool door and around 11:30 the young, tall, unexperienced guy, who thinks he really looks cool and hot, showed up just out of bed yawning. I asked him why he was so late. He ignored me just turning his back and walking away. This was totally unexceptable, so I raised my voice and called him again to answer my question. He said this was not actualy his job, so I asked him who's job was it to open the pool facility on time. He started getting confused since his cheap game didn't work. I reported him to the HQ in Austin. About couple of days after the legendary manager,----------------, her majesty called me with apology. 3)Before I was moving out, I cleaned everywhere and they told me that they will check the unit after the lease end. I told him to do it before I'll leave so I can know what is missing. Just a few days before the unit return, 2 maintenance inspectors came over checked everything and found nothing wrong. One guy also made comment saying he hoped everytbody leaving places like this. After the lease end they sent me $30 bill for carpet cleaning. I knew they would play such a game, but I was so perfectly prepared! I contacted the HQ again with all the names, inspection dates and evidences. I told them the preinspection before my departure did not show anything, so how come the management still brings extra expenses. This put the notorious manager,----------------, into a very difficult sitation again. They think they are so smart and can play these cheap games, but it was such a pleasure to beat them again. After she got spanked again and again by her executive management in Austin, she wrote me another apology letter again. This lady just can't take lessons from her previous mistakes!

How did you call HQ? I can't seem to find their contact info anywhere!
