Good Property. poor up keep From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This complex is/was beautiful! Great location, however the management staff seems to be very lazy. The up keep is lacking and the same managers have been there for a long while. (They are the ones letting it slip)I have walked into the office and it smells like cigarettes in the back office. YUCK. The staff always seems to be hovering around the desk. I have tried to go to the office several times on my lunch break to pick up a package and the sign usually says that they are closed for at least 2 hrs. Very inconvenient! It is a shame that whoever owns this property does not take pride in it enough to hire the proper people that would care for and maintain such a beautiful place. The others are correct, the staff, when there, are friendly and courteous. I only wish that Tara Vista would be more cared for, the $ that it is going to cost will be outrageous and when they do decide to repair things it will be too expensive instead of mainting as they go. Don't wait until it is falling apart!
