Very poor upkeeping, i could hear what my neighbours upstairs were doing in the shower every day!!! building material very thin, you can hear people's conversations through the walls. had some water leak on my roof, they never came to check it although water was dripping all over my carpet, found out that water made it inside the fire alarm when one of many days i got woken up by it for no reason... so i had a big brown stain all over the ceiling of my apartment and no one came to even look. the only way to get a smile out of the club house team is by being a new customer or by bringing the check for the rent...
Go somewhere else, you can get a lot more for your money than this big headache.
