Good place, but management needs improvement

The apartments and the place is great. THe managment needs improvement. I've had issues with my electricity, parking, and imporper notifications of remodeling projects.

I agree - there have been countless times where I have come home to find random people in my apartment. They never let you know when they need in your place - they like to surprise the residents, I guess. Sometimes, we'll get a flier with "on this date we will be inspecting..." but they never seem to make it on the date stated via the flier and come the day after or even a few days after - when they feel like getting around to it.
