Management is horrible. Everytime we ask a question it's the same answer "We don't know, let us get back to you" (good luck on them getting back to you). Here's the best example of poor management: we are military so we set up a program where rent gets taken out of our check each month. Long story short, we thought we were good on rent until we got a call 2 WEEKS past when rent was due telling us that we were delinquent on rent and owed them around $200 for being late. (We didn't pay the late fee and our rent was paid in full). Also, as much as they act like they're willing to work with you, beware--we've heard "No we can't do that--we have to treat everyone the same" more times than I can count. This has been my worst nightmare as far as dealing with management--please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress!!! Also, they have good rules (speed limit, parking, etc.) but they NEVER enforce them. Hold on to your children or they'll get plowed by a passing vehicle speeding through the parking lot. I dread seeing what all they're going to try to charge us for when we move out--I guess they do have to make up for the dozens of empty apartments around the complex, though. And, if you're military, don't count on them working with you. We had to extend our lease for one month because our orders fell through and they charged us $75 to do so, even though NO ONE was on the waiting list. Did I mention we've been living here for a year and a half'!' I've never been treated so poorly in all of my apartment living years.

They do go by the rules and if yall are military you should not have a hard time with that..hmm..unless you are his "spouse"???...It is called FAIR HOUSING in case you don't understand why they have to treat everyone the same YOU should respect that...Oh by the way if they are so bad and treated you so poorly in ALL of your apartment living years why have'nt you gone to JAG??? Maybe because it is untrue...don't waste our time.

uhuh they're quick to respond when its negative but not ever eager to help fix problems.
