The apartment manager is unprofessional and impolite. The parking is terrible. Between the hours of 8pm-6am, empty parking spots are nonexistent. There are no steps/walkways to find your way to the second level parking if you have too. If you have children, be prepared to keep them in the apartment or face the false accusations of them being too loud and obnoxious. The speed limit is not enforced, trailers taking up parking spots, limited handicap parking, unsafe handrailings (not anchored properly), and the automatic security gates only work ` of the time. I would recommend checking out other local properties first.

I agree with the parking situation in part. People park directly in front of the stairs, and you're forced to climb up the tiers to get to the walkway. These people who park there are probably the same people who leave bags of trash in front of their doors all week. I have not had any issues with the staff however. From my experience, they have appeared to be courteous, although I have had issues getting some minor work orders attended to.

im one of the people who park on the stair way and if you had your car broken into twice im sure you'd remove that comment. no trash though. four words describe that manager very well

The office staff needs to be replaced every single one of them. They got rid of the only nice one which was Denise. The manager needs to take a customer service course. There is definetly not enough wheelchair assesible apartments or parking. I have a wheelchair and am forced to climb up to my apartment.
