This is a pretty good community. The units are showing their age and the landscaping unkeep is not a priority (lawn watering, weeds in the lawn, pet waste, etc.). Make sure you note any slight mark/damage/wear on the initial inventory or you WILL be charged for it when you vacate, whether it is your fault or not. High marks for convenience (right off of Hwy 151) and timely/friendly maintenance. Whenever excessive noise was reported it was handled appropriately. Bottomline: I would hesitate to recommend this community to a friend for fear they might also have to pay for some slight wear or damage they did not do.
p.s. Like the review above, my wife and I cleaned the apartment for hours...it was "white glove" clean, and they still found bogus "damage" to keep my deposit.
