Document everything and make a copy. They will charge you for anything they "think" is wrong. We cleaned for hours and they still came up with lies to charge us. The apartments need an update. Spend some money and update them! Manager is terrible and has an attitude problem. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor by letting you live there. Parking is horrible! Don't get home after 8pm. You will never find parking after that. They only smile when you bring them a check. Tenants leave trash by their door. Dog poop every where. Even on the steps! The rent is cheap for a reason. Don't move in!
