I lived at this apartment complex for almost two years. I never had any problems. My biggest complaint was the parking. If you got home after 7PM, good luck finding a spot within a 3 mile radius of your building. It was also annoying having to go through two sets of stairs to get to your apartments.

I moved here in 2006 and chose it instead of The Haven, which is across from Taravista, because both complexes were comparable and Taravista was way cheaper.

Other than the parking issue I never had any problems. The front staff was always friendly (except Bonnie, she was always rude). The maintenance staff was always quick and helpful as well. Landscaping was always nice. When I first moved in I had brand new carpet so this was great. Overall I recommend this apartment complex, especially if you are in the military. They are very accommodating to us.
