I cannot emphasize enough that you should avoid this place. When I first moved in over a year ago, it was managed my a MUCH better company and the staff was great. Since January of 2006, everything has gone downhill fast. (Since Lynd Company purchased the property.)The leasing office staff has changed 4 times within the past year! They cannot keep track of important files and paperwork. The new management suddenly "lost" my lease in November and then expected me to pay more money every month for rent and utilities! Thank God I have my copy of the lease to prove them wrong. They even lost my move-in inventory list and my pet deposit money "mysteriously disappeared." Last month, a pipe leaked and ruined my carpet. The staff ignored my calls, letters and emails for 5 days, and by the time it was repaired, the carpet was soggy and covered with mildew. I had to resort to contacting one of the supervisors at the corporate office. They did not even use a wet/dry vacuum on the carpet! For 3 months now, nothing but fraud, negligence, and harrassment. I have paid ON TIME and IN FULL for a year,and in return I'm getting ripped off and treated like dirt. Oh, and they installed a limited access gate 6 months ago. It has NEVER worked. If you enjoy dealing with dishonest and incompetent people, this is the place for you. Believe me, there are much nicer places that will offer a better price.
