Avoid this or any property owned by the Lynd Company From: albertayala@msn.com Date posted: 12/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here for 5 months now. There has been a hole in my cieling that was covered up by a very good paint job. When it rains (which in san antonio we get alot), I end up getting so much water in my apartment.Not only that, but the water seaps into a wall where there is a light fixture attached to. It's been 3 months since I notified the apartment management and they haven't done anything about it. I have a rodent problem (mice in my roof)that hasn't been fixed either. I have four little boys that have to live in this kind of condition. I have written letters to the community director (Yamaida Thomas) and she is always rude when I talk to her. It seems like I both her when I have to report an issue. I have email a statement to the local news agency to get a story done on this property. Avoid this property and any other property owned by the Lynd Company.
