Great for price! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Considering the extremely high rates for apartment living nowadays, I truly believe that the Abbey at Medical provides the services and living lifestyle that one pays for. The rates, although they have gone up, are not as high as most other apartments that I have looked at considering the nice cabinetry, appliances, and interior accents that make each apartment modern and homey. Having lived there for a year and in the process of renewing my lease, I can't say I haven't enjoyed my stay. One problem...the water bill is EXTREMELY HIGH; for just myself my water bill ranges between $30 to $40. Although this may be one factor in determining which apartment complex to choose, it shouldn't be a make/break decision based on it. Overall, great environment (good people/clean atmosphere/reliable staff/decent parking)...if you're in the market, definately consider The Abbey at Medical
