Well, after talking to my attorney, I found out that we will be getting a new managment team. Our complex is going under. Not a rumor. Ive seen the legal documentation to prove it. So if your considering moving into this place, wait a bit. On second thought, just dont do it. Its not only the careless office staff that annoys me, but also the poor construction. Ive lived in section 8 and trust me, it was much better. I just saw the other day that they havent finished the gate/fence between bldgs 2 and 3'. There are two posts just sticking in the ground with nothing attached to them. WTF!'!'! Plus, Im a landscaper by trade and this place sucks. If its advertised as such a glam place to live, then why the hell are some parts of this place being maintained and others not. Did they really think that putting down a thin layer of mulch was gonna give this place curb appeal.(I just realized that Im bitching about something other than the staff of the poor construction) Anyhow, move here at your own risk. My lease ends in Oct. and Im outta here. I know that some of you who read my posts now cant wait till then. Hate my opinion all you want. I did drug intervention operations in the Marines out in Columbia and had to live in an apartment out there. Trust me, we're getting screwed here. Except for the tanning booth. That thing kicks ass. And if your gonna respond to my posts, dont call me names or insult my intelligence unless its a really harsh insult or name. Otherwise your just being an oxygen waster.

Liedtoofromday1: Ive never called any of the tenants section 8 quality. Somehow, someone misconstrued what i said and basically it got messed up. Read any of my posts or responses. Never said it. I have called some of the tenants dumb, but its true. But in pure honesty, if anyone ever needed help around here, I would gladly give a hand. I genuinely do care about you guys/gals. I dont want people thinking that I hate all of my neighbors. I just dont like the way they behave sometimes. When i lived in section 8, the apartments were absolutely beautiful, and extremely quiet. The only problem was that you would see people smoking crack on their balconies or on the stairwells from time to time. I havent seen that yet. Anyhow, I've explained myself and im tired of typing a damn novel. I seriously have wayyyy to much free time on my hands.

liedtoofromday1 while i agree with you, you seem to contradtict yourself, first you call the people in the complex section 8 quality and then you say this complex is worse than section 8 which is it...

anonymous, read my post again. i did not call the people of tje complex section section 8 quality as you state. i called my neighbors sections 8 quality. you don'y know what we had. the very low of the lowest. noisy, trashy, young who never worked and whom i called friends of mine at DEA to check on.and yes there are section 8 properities in very much better condition then overlook.
