I moved to this apartment in July of last year. They keep saying the gate will be "working" on this date and that date. The gate is 95% of the time open. I don't see the need for the clickers. If the exit gate is not open, the entrance is. The internal construction is the worst. It looks like they got the lowest bidder. The weather stripping is not useful, since the doors are crooked. You need a "triangular" shaped weather strip for the SIDE of the door (not even for the bottom). Crickets, black widows, gnats, and tiny worms are all over my apartment as well as right outside my door. So far, I have found 2 black widows outside and one inside my apartment. If you have babies (that crawl and eat everything on the floor) or pets, this is a very DANGEROUS thing. We have tried to get them to spray the apartment, still they keep coming back. The garage noise, I don't care for, it's there. There doesn't seem to be insulation between walls since you can hear what your neighbors are saying. (By this, I don't mean muffled. I mean you can actually clearly hear most of the words they say). I'm just sorry I signed the long lease. For the amount I pay, I wish I could move somewhere else.

Yup, I also have small curled up worms all down the side of the wall and by the patio door. Spiders galore and fruit flies from all the garbage since we are close to that poor excuse for a compactor. And the stripping on the bottom of our garage is coming off and there is a huge hole in our patio ceiling but no one's come to fix it and it was on the work order when we moved in. It's like they need motivation to come fix things. It's a nasty place and no way is it worth the rent we pay.
