I think it's great! From: Searay1 Date posted: 1/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I've lived here for seven months now and I've really enjoyed it. The Property Manager and staff are friendly to me and are eager to help if I have a question. Case in point: when I moved in, there was a problem with the dryer in the laundry. I phoned in my concern and the issue was resolved without delay. The gentleman that came to make the repair was courteous and professional. I have had no further issues, but I'm confident that if I do I'll again experience their prompt service. I enjoy the mulitple amenities that are offered. The pool area is beautiful and clean with palm trees and enough space not to feel cramped. The dry cleaning service is truly convenient. There is a billiard s table in the game room to take advantage of and a host of other things that a lot of places I've lived didn't have. Not to mention the social activities. Since I've lived here there has been a huge pool party, a Christmas party, and happy hours that I think are weekly. I've made some new friends from these events and if you choose to live here I encourage you to go. The thing to remember is that this is an apartment community. Emphasis on community. With that, there is a certain amount of personal responsibility that unfortunately some of the previous reviewers have forgotten they have. From my experience people like that are unhappy regardless of where they live and take pleasure in running a place down. To that, I say I won't miss them when they move out!
