The community is very nice, but has declined sharply since a transfer of ownership. Parking can be a big problem, depending where in the community you are. Due to shoddy construction and cheap materials, I often heard my upstairs neighbors doing the nasty. Windows were drafty and wall insulation was so thin the air conditioner (or heater) would be on non-stop ($$$). Office staff were nice under old management, but are a such a displeasure now. I doubt anyone moving out, even the most conscientious apartment dweller, will be able to escape the Lodge without being billed for bogus damages. Don't even think about being able to reason with the staff. I was going to move back to this community when I return to San Antonio, but I will surely stay away from this community and any other community run by Management Support.
