The place has decent apartments and fairly nice facilities. If you can move in when they're running good specials (free month of rent, cash back) then it's a pretty decent deal.
The office staff and tenant relations have gone notably downhill ever since a transfer of management. They seem to be less service oriented and more antagonistic now than they ever were before. YMMV.

The reason the office staff and tenant relations have gone down is because some tenants don't approach the staff correctly! Be cool and you will get hooked up!! If the only time you contact the staff is when you want to rudely complain about something, don't be suprised if the staff isn't too happy to see you!! --TheHammer-- |
