Very Poor Management with terrible bookkeeping

Management enters apt. without knotifying tenant, then leaves door unlocked after done with whatever was done inside. Maintance left messes of mud, and according to management was up to tenant to clean. Made tenant stay in a room with mold from a leak for several days, and I quote "We'll get to it when we can". Charged leaser for damages that was noted on pre walk (before I moved in). At post walk, management sent bill with copy of post walk that was not at the actual walk, making up charges.
