This used to be an awesome place to live. Ever since the management has changed it sucks. They are the most arrogant people I have ever met. I noticed that one of the comments said you have to be nice to them first. It is their JOB to be nice. It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm figuring this person is a friend of the management, or is a member of the management. I have never been anything but nice to any of them. It seems like every time I ask for anything it is such a chore for them. If you do have to a problem, go see Emily. She is kind and always willing to help. The rest of them are horrible. Don't think about complaining to the manager. She's the worst one. The facility needs another dumpster. There is only one, and no matter how much maintenance tries it's always overflowing. If you live on the other end of the complex, you have to lug or drive your trash over. The gates are always open or not working. Rent must be paid on the 1st. They don't give receipts because "they don't have to". Maintenance is always super friendly and willing to help. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part. It is an apartment complex, so you should expect some noise. I can hear my upstairs neighbors doing the dirty. I know it is the construction because I had the pleasure of hearing my old ones too. The apartments themselves are beautiful. I have heard so many horror stories about moving out. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't move here. I pay way too much rent to have to deal with these problems. As soon as my lease is up, I'm moving out. These are supposed to be luxury apartments. It all boils down to the management. They have ruined this place.

You are sorely mistaken about the management around that office. I don't know what kind of attitude you are going in there with, but if you're receiving that kind of response, you must be addressing issues in a terrible way. Emily, Shelly and Ashley have been nothing but hospitable and more than willing to accommodate. Kara is the only one I have sensed hostility from.

I disagree with the response. On numerous occasions, I had frequest run ins with the staff. The old staff cared and were very friendly, too bad!
