I'll start from the beginning:
-the complex is beautiful, my husband and i loved it and the floorplans, and the price....at the time. We went to put a deposit down the next day and sign papers- they added $200. Of course after complaining that that wasn't what they said the price was the day before they changed it back.
-we reported a broken window the day we moved in and they NEVER fixed it. A few months later there was a leak coming from the ceiling, yeah, they didn't fix that either.
-if you get a washer/dryer included and decide halfway through your lease you don't need it anymore they won't take it back and they'll continue to charge you for it.
-we decided after this experience to never rent again so we bought a house. We asked to buy ourselves out of the lease (just the last 3 months) and they said no. There wasn't any early termination fee or any way we could get out of the lease. We read the contract and it didn't state anywhere that we couldn't buy ourselve out of the lease. They just didn't feel like doing it. So we moved out early anyway and they said they would let us out as soon as someone wanted to rent it but it's not their top priority. And wouldn't you know, our lease is going to end in a few weeks and no one bit. Guess everyone but my family saw their rating.
-READ THE LEASE CONTRACT TOP TO BOTTOM BECAUSE IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE OTHER APTS I'VE RENTED FROM.
-MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE
-THE FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HELPFUL
-YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, YOU GET CRAP.

PS. IF YOU'RE MILITARY...DEFINITELY READ THE CONTRACT...NO BETTER YET...DON'T RENT HERE.

I think that this type of posting shows how childish you are. Handle things like an adult, when you are wrong you are wrong, if someone else is wrong talk to them. It seems to me you do not know how to sit down and talk to the manager about your concerns
