I should have listened to the ratings

I fell in love with the apartments the first moment I saw them, but it was all downhill from there. The office staff was so friendly at first, I thought I had found the perfect place. Then the truth came out. I could never find parking, so I paid for a covered space. Then people were still parking in my spot. Despite having two stickers in my window, I recieved a note that they were going to tow my car if I didn't move it. I recieved threats of terminating my lease because I had a single box on my patio. When they cleaned the sidewalks, they blew all of the debris under my door and into my apartment, so I was welcomed home every day by dead leaves and bugs. They entered my apartment without notice or permission. The walls are so thin, you can here everything. The garbage is always overflowing the dumpster. The gated community that I paid for never has the gates closed and I had to go to the office three times for my code to work. The worst and most frustrating part is they are trying to charge me $550 for a moveout fee. $350 for the carpet. I am a single person with no pets who only lived there for a year and a half. I am deployed and they are trying to take advantage. Please don't be fooled by the beautiful apartments. It's not worth the money or the aggravation.
