It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations, those who have never actually lived on the property or are posted by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend visiting the property to come to your own unbiased conclusions about our community and its management.

HA! I lived here from Nov-Dec06 to Aug07. We loved living here but the parking stunk, but no biggie. My wife and I had an awesome time. We kept the apartment clean at all times and when we moved out of our townhouse, I cleaned the hell out of the place and even shampooed all the floors. When we moved out, they charged us well over the deposit. But I don't play that ****, and they still haven't been paid a dime out of my pocket.
