We loved the apartment layout, and really could not understand why there were negative comments about the complex. It is really beautiful.

Just as others have commented, it became clear why there was people were not satisified.

Security- They gates are often broken, and the reality of the situation set in when we came out one morning and found our NEW car had been broken into and a window smashed. Management had lettle to say, other than they have been waiting for the gates to be repaired. Obviously, the repairs that took too long were of little use to us and cost us $250.00 in repairs, plus much wasted time on our part to get the car window replaced.

Security Deposit- Don't count on getting your back!!!

Sorry to hear that about your car. I forgot to add on my initial review of the apts that I got $37 back from my deposit. Wow. That helped me a lot on my move to Virginia.
