I lived there for a year with no pets, just me and my then girlfriend. Our carpets were not brand new but clean enough. Due to previous rental history I was required to pay 600$, which I didnt blame them. When I moved out I cleaned that apt top to bottom for three days, hoping to get most but at least half of my 600 $ deposit. To my astonishment they managed to charge me damages up to 635$, so not only did they keep my deposit but charged me extra. I thought this was ridiculous as my apt did not have damages. Carpets looked the same, all was clean, but sure enough they managed to fine a way to keep my deposit. DONT MOVE HERE

Yep! i agree with you, because it happen to me either in the same way, they keep my deposit $200 and charge me extra $113. This is the worst apt exeperience i ever had.

I wish I would have read this site before signing the lease. Head this warning! I, too, was required to pay on top of my HUGE deposit. I was a single person with no pets in the apartment for just over a year.
