We just returned from a week long stay at the Lodge at Westover Hills. I must tell you that the negative reviews posted on this site are inaccurate and most likely posted by other rental agents in the area.
Upon arrival at The Lodge we were greeted by a professional, courteous staff. Sarah, the staff member we had been communicating via email made a point to introduce herself to us.
Upon entering our 2 bedroom apartment we found it to be extremely clean, professionally decorated, and very quiet. As we were visiting our son at Lackland AFB (an easy 15 minute drive) we would return at various times of the day/evening and NEVER had a problem finding a parking space. Should we ever return to the San Antonio area we will stay at the Lodge at Westover Hills without question.

No, the poor rating was well earned and posted by people who actually lived there. Staff is very friendly until you sign the lease.

I have lived here for 1.6 years. Parking is a HUGE ISSUE! It is not worth the 5 rating. 3.5-3.8 is a more reasonable rating. Parking and the work out facility are my only issues with The Lodge at Westover Hills.
