I wrote one of the glowing reviews for this property in my initial move-in stage: I now regret submitting a review so early about a property that's not anything near what I had expected.
I'm sharing all of the same concerns as my fellow residents at this point. While I enjoy the floorplan of my apartment, I can't say much else about the common areas, management, quality of construction and building safety.
If I had known all of this would happen, I never would have moved-in. I was sold one thing and got something else completely. Bait-and-switch. Be aware.

You are one of many that love it after move in, but spend some time there and wow, what a transformation, and not for the better. It gets even worse when you move out and become part of their second income. They charge you for several hundreds of dollars for normal wear and tear. Beware, your nightmare is not over yet.
If you or anyone reading these reviews have been charged thousands of dollars from breaking a lease, please contact me. I have legal representation, and the best part is that they are free! Write me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net and join the fight! If you have been charged thousands for breaking a lease, you are a victim and do not let these people get away with illegal activity. Join our fight and become a winner!
