I agree with this assessment - and we are on an upper floor in Bldg. 8 and love our spacious apartment, for which we are paying top dollar (I'm not sure what "rich concessions" are being granted). The management is working feverishly to solve the security problems, as they are as concerned as the residents. They've already hired a night security officer, are preparing to install garage cameras, mirrors, and possibly garage doors, which will be in addition to the security gates, once they are in. They are working to get the kinks out of the newly installed building security. It would help if residents would make an effort to close all external doors so that they would be secure. I might add that we were affected by the recent string of thefts in the garage, but despite that, we are happy here and intend to stay.

ON THE 8TH FLOOR IS PROBABLY THE BEST PLACE TO BE ALL YOU CAN SEE OR HEAR ARE BIRDS!!!!
