People do not pick up after their dogs, and maintenance does not clean out the dog station weekly making areas of the property smell, especially on hot days.
Parking is a nightmare - so, if you have a garage or reserved covered parking, people will park in front of your garage or in your reserved parking.
The grounds are not clean. Plastic bags, paper cups, etc. are everywhere.
