Alright, here we go:

-The grounds are kept up with pretty good. I have not see trash fly around anywhere or see and potential trashy areas.

-There are only two trash bins, one on each side. This kind of sucks if you live in the middle like me. You have to put your trash in your car and drive to the dumpster...seriously, it is not that close if you are located in the center of the complex.

-Garages are available and are pretty spacious...I was able to fit my car and bike and have plenty of room for other things. The only thing I ran into is 4 scorpions who were not happy that we moved into their area...pest control will be out to take care of that.

-Staff is wonderful so far, I haven't had any major run ins just yet. Put in a work order to get pest control to come out and that seem to go pretty smooth.

-If you are a clean car club member then you might hate the fact that water occasionally spills across the complex area driving ways which will cause water spots from crossover.

-I live on the second floor with a pretty large balcony. This is my first time that I am sandwiched between two people. I will have to say that it has still been pretty quiet. Noise is minimal at best. One thing inside the apartment that is pretty loud is the dishwasher...geeez.

-Master bedroom in the 1 and 1 (largest one) has a utility door sitting on the wall behind the door that kind of throws the whole wall off...it kind of sucks, because you really can't move it and it is pretty large.

-Parking varies day to day from what I noticed. I saw that during the day over the weekend, parking is pretty good. Coming Sunday night, parking got a little tight, but you could still find a spot about 50 feet from your complex. I would have to say that living in the middle and all the way back against the fence line has it's perks...you are not crammed for space. I have a garage anyways, so this is not too much of a problem for me.

-Quiet, quiet, quiet, that is what I have to say about this place. It is unbelievably quiet. I love it.

-Pretty nice hotties walking around. I am guy come on now. I have to make that comment.

-Overall great location, it is secluded by itself and away from the highway. Landscaping is awesome, pool is state of the art...

-One thing that I would like for them to improve, parking. It is not bad right now, but I can see as the remaining buildings start to get leased that it could be a possible problem.
