Parking Marathon Nightmare

The complex started off great until they covered some of the exterior parking to generate more revenue. This action has created a parking nightmare for us tenants Seems like everyone in this apartment complex has one to two cars per apartment ROOM! That does not include all the apartment tenant friends that come over for the weekends with thier cars. You get the picture. Management responded with a letter lowering the covered parking rate from forty to fifteen dollars a month. All of the available covered parking is in the back of the complex so you will still have to walk about a few hundred yards to your complex unless your apartment is located by the back fence line. Will probably not renew the lease unless they take care of this situation.
