I've lived on this property for 5 months, and have nothing but positive things to say. Those who complain over people not picking up after their pets, well, that's not the apartment's fault. If you're going to blame someone, blame the pet owners! The same could be said for cigarette butts being thrown over the balconies of certain apartments. The landscaping is beautiful, and I especially enjoy the pool area, which has a resort-like feel to it. I also like how the workout room looks out onto the pool area. It's a brand spanking-new complex, and is very well managed.
