We've been in this apt. for about a year, and can confirm most of the negative reports on this list. Be aware that the office staff is aware of these posts, and will badmouth those who post here in order to discredit them. They will tell you that those who post here owe money, make unreasonable requests and are involved in legal proceedings with them. This is not true of us: we have always paid before the 1st of the month, have contacted them only in case of emergencies, and have no litigation pending. We hate it here, and cannot wait to get out. Loud neighbors, paper-thin walls, shoddy construction, limited parking, broken gates (and not enough openers to go around for all residents), unbelievably rude and unprofessional office staff, and don't get me started on the dog poop and nasty swimming pool. We have also had terrible problems with fire ants. We dread the move-out process, because we expect that someone will try to gouge even more money out of us. Don't discount what people have to say on this list; unless, of course, it's a very short, non-specific positive review that sounds suspiciously like the promotional materials for this dump (wonder who writes them')
