We moved in last July and signed a 14 month lease. Just be aware...You are practically signing your life away for the next 14 months. If you want to break a lease it will cost you an arm and a leg (thousands of dollars). We have definately had our share of disappointments. Like the hot tub being broken for 7 months, the basketball hoop has been broken since we lived here, the apt was dirty from the previous tenant when we moved in, they keep saying they will clean the nasty grout, but it's never happened. They should not allow dogs over a certain weight on the second floor because of the noise, I have smelled food cooking from the nieghbors apartments (yuck) and cell phones ringing in the upstairs apts. BUt for some credit, the maintenace responds quickly and are very friendly (if the people in the office remember to write it down when you call!). It is a quiet neighborhood, but a bit out of the way from any conveniences. Dissapointing, but have heard of worse from other apartments. Oh, and be aware of the apt you choose...there is a ton of contruction on the lot next door and we heard horrible construction noise for about 4 months.
