With the exception of a few noisy neighbors, the apartments are fairly quiet and the pool area is kept decently clean. Parking is a total nightmare if you get home after 9:00. The maintenance people have a problem with coming and actually doing the work. In one instance, we had a door that was stuck and could not open it, so we called for them to come. We were promised that someone would be there that day. A week later the guy came to open it and said he would be back later that day to finish fixing it. Well, it's been three weeks and we have yet to see him! Another major problem we had was with our refrigerator. The door was bent and would not properly seal, causing the electricity bill to be higher than usual. The unit was older and was also very noisy. Their way of "fixing" the door was to bend it back and this would keep it sealed just long enough for them to sign the work order and disappear. After breaking the door, they finally replaced it with a much smaller unit. This whole process took approximately 3 months. Also, it seemed that every single time that one of the maintenance men was here that they didn't bring the right tools and had to go back to get more tools. I don't know where he had to go to get the correct tools but sometimes it took 10-15 minutes before he reappeared.
