DO NOT RENT HERE. I can't say this enought times...DO NOT RENT HERE! I am a former tenant that has been royally screwed on move-out charges by the extremely unprofessional "management" at Richland Trace Apts. Attempts to work things out with "management" dis not work. Phone calls were never returned and resolution of problems DO NOT happen. I am appalled at how this business is ru. And now I've been turned over to a collection agency!
Management is non-existent and extremely unprofessional. It changed constantly while I lived there and with each turnover of personnel things got worse. When I lived there in 2005-06 the pool was always closed, the exercise room equipment was broken, the laundry facilty was so-so and the noise level of tenants was a huge problem. Plus with all the construction going on around the complex and the increase in traffic it was difficult to get in and out of the complex. Be careful when you turn off Woodchase onto Eckhert, I can't tell you how many car accidents have happened there, some of them pretty bad.
RUN! Don't live here. I wish I had never gone to Richland Trace. I'm still having problems with them 6 months after moving out!
