I knew as soon as I first looked at a unit here that I would move in; it was the only complex I saw with signs of life (birds, lizards, kids running around, etc.) and staff members that actually seem to have a little class - I have lived here since August 2007 and my few experiences with maintenance and management have been positive. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the grounds have recently undergone improvements - both to general landscaping and to the front office and clubhouse areas. I live in the smallest unit available, so I don't have washer/dryer hookups, but the machines in the laundry room are usually all in working order, and if they're not they seem to get fixed in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub are usually quite clean and I haven't seen that area closed yet for any reason. I have seen a lot of neighbors come and go in the last nine months, but so far I have been lucky as far as noise is concerned. There have been a few break-ins (cars and apartments) that management made tenants aware of, so I keep all my doors and windows locked, but overall I have enjoyed living here and I plan to stay on and move into a larger unit soon.
