New and Noisy From: Sixmojo Date posted: 6/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 4 responses   We made the mistake of paying a premium to live by the pool. As soon as the weather gets warm there are hordes of drunken teenagers partying and screaming to all hours of the night. Management does not respond to any complaints but if you do one thing they are on you fast. The place is overpriced. Air conditioner makes loud bangs and maintenance said it was "normal".
