I kind of wonder what kind of criminal background check this place does because the last three months of my lease new tenants were questionable. I never did have my townhome broken in though. There is suppose to a noise limit but Friday and Saturday night I hope you like the gangsta rap club appeal because it goes by loudly in cars and some people have their windows open and music blazin'. Don't try to call the patrol either to ask them to turn it down... won't happen and the gate gaurd will suggest you approche the drunken crowd.
Also I was told that when I moved in my unit wouldn't be ready because they were laying down the new carpet.. yet we found cat hair all over the place and on humid hot days when I would leave the AC off while at work it would smell like pet urin.
The pipes break monthly at this place. My average water bill was about $20 a month.
The ants are the worse... the even get into tightly closed peanut butter jars.
If you get a yard without a gate door entry forget about them cutting your back yard. Repairs are usually slow I fixed about half of the things I found on my walk through. Some people leave pretty big dogs in the back yard and the smell of the poor animals in the small yards is a bit overwhelming in some parts.
I like that there are two pools large and a small kiddie pool. But kids are largely unsupervised on this property. When I used the party house I kids running into my party taking candy from my guests' children and even pushing one child down. Then they proceeded to play with polls in the dumpster scratching my two month old car.
There are many incentives for residents to refer people but you wouldn't want to get cornered by someone later who is pissed that you got them in this place.
They do have FREE after school and summer program but again a the kids that are a bit out of control aren't the best source of comfort for leaving your children in the enviorment.
The floor plans are nice. And the area looks nice but their main concern is getting you in and paying the rent rather than resident service.
