I lived here for about a year and it was horrendous. The airconditioning blew hot air, my townhouse got flooded. I was always afraid to leave for work if it was raining. Maintenance would take forever to come by for example, I had to pick up my own replacement blinds. I was given late notices even though I always paid on the due date. They said they give one to everyone (which doesnt make any sense).I DEFINITELY do not recommend this overpriced dump! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I totally agree with you. What everyone should know is that this place was purchased by The Lynd Company and is now called Terrace at River Oaks. The issue with late notices even though you paid on time DOES happen to many residents there. My current neighbor, who lived there last spring, received a water bill for over $80 dollars and she paid the entire utlility bill on time every month. These people are con artists, plain and simple. Her neighbors moved out two months early and kissed two months worth of rent money goodbye just to get out of there. (They had pre-paid in full.) We often swap HORROR STORIES about this place. Please note-Read up on Terrace at River Oaks. This is the same place, new name. Same TERRIBLE management.
