This is no place to live....

These "townhomes" are horrible! I have lived here less than 3 months. When I made my decision to move here I was fooled! The office staff showed me a town/aptmthome that seemed so appealing. They were nice, made it seemed like they really cared about the place and their residents.. When it came time to move in my apt, it wasn't ready at all. It was dirty, walls had holes from having the thermostat ripped out, rug sticky, appliances missing that promised to be replaced, stove dangerously shooting out sparks due to being older than a dinosaur, fridge missing racks that were never replaced, light fixtures not working you have to play with the switch to get it to work, then they advertise 3 sparkling pools, pools are flithy! I am guessing they are trying to preserve wild life from all the algae and dirt and fungus all in them, or the pools are just closed hardly ever open. That is such a shame since there are sooo many kids, what a summer it has been for them, just staring at the pool is what they are a able to do, how exciting!! YEEPEE! trash piles up for weeks, cars are allways broken into, stolen , keyed. the lighting is so bad that it makes it easy for the thieves or vandelism to be made possible. What does the office do' NOTHING!!! You can call to tell them but nooooo! they don't fix it or don't respond to when you need them. and when they do respond it's a month later when you have already paid to have a PROFESSIONAL do the job. Or when you do complain...I don't know but when I did my car was keyed... inside or outside job'''' seems fishy to me being that it is sooo dark in the back and they know about and still have done anything to prevent it....so if you looking for a run down hole in the wall come on down to the terrace @ river oaks, where satisfaction is never their specialty... k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
