When the Woodlands went away... so did everything else

The Woodland Townhomes were great, the staff was great... neighbors were great... now, it's a dump. GOOD CREDIT, BAD CREDIT... it doesn't matter they don't care who lives here...
The new owers and Management does not respond to your needs. I haven't had the warm water heater working during these 2 weeks of cold weather and finally just today they came to fix it.
Cars are getting broken into. Corporate doesn't return calls, and rent is nearly 900.00 a month.
I honestly would have to say that this place had gone to ----!
But guess what... I'm not getting the Better Business bureau involved... I'm doing something better.... I'M MAKING A VIDEO THAT I WILL BE POSTING FOR SAN ANTONIO APARTMENT LOCATORS TO LOOK AT.... keep visiting, I'll keep you posted.

GOOD FOR YOU! I lived at Terrace for over a year, and recently posted on this website. Always regretted that I did not do more to warn people. (I remember fondly, the days of Woodland Townhomes. BEFORE Lynd Company took over.) Please, be sure to videotape the so-called maintanence staff, driving like maniacs all over the property, but doing NO work whatsoever. They once sped through the parking lot, made a sharp turn, skidded, and several pieces of lumber fell out of their truck, damaging the bumper of my neighbor's car. They quickly picked them up, and just drove away! I saw this happen through my window. Wish that were on tape. Also, the swimming pool with green, slimy, moldy water. No wonder the kids in that place wander around looking bored. And if you wait about 3 or 4 days, another water pipe will burst and the yards and parking lots will be flooded again! At least that helps wash away the clumps of dog crap lying all over the grass, because my neighbors NEVER cleaned up after their two dogs! Speaking of crap, how about the front gates?! Oh wait, they finally tore those down! ;) Good luck on your video and finding a place where you'll be happy.
