I have lived here for a short while and DO NOT reccomend this place!! I used to live here a long time agao and loved it, thats why I came back. But as soon as we moved in we have seen RAT droppings, and have seen and come in contact with TWO POSSUMS in my house! Yes, in my house. When I called the lynd hotline, which is centralized in Jamaica, they have to call maintenance to come out for after hours emergencies. Well Mitzy!!, the poroperty manager doesnt send her maintenance guy out after hours because it will cost her overtime pay. Well I am sorry if I think that keeping a kid in a house with a possume that most likely has rabies is obsurd! They dont care that they are putting familes into these homes! My neighbors son showed me pictures of rats they have trapped in there home,4!! I hear them all night and the animals live in your walls and ceilings! We have tried to get things resolved and all we ask is that the animals go away! We live in fear every night that we will encounter a possum in our sleep or just lounging around our own home that we pay good money for! And guess what! Watching tv last night and a possum walked right in front of me! do you think i have heard anything back from the office as to any help'' NOPE!! I am just one voice and i know there are many others that have the same issue! SO DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!! I am not some angry resident that just wants to ruin there already bad reputation, i just dont want another family to have to go through what we are going through!

Several complaints about the Lynd Company have been filed on apartment review websites like this one and on consumer advocacy websites like ripoffreport.com (see http://tiny.cc/MkEJI for details). The people at the Lynd Company are just a bunch of slumlords and they don't care about the safety of their their tenants. You can also try filing a report with the Texas Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection to see if they can help you. I feel your pain. I am stuck here in this rat hole just like you are with my family. I like you am not some trouble maker I just want what is best for the safety of my family is all.

The Rats are all over the place here. It is ridiculous... as we get into the cold weather, those rats will make their way INSIDE. Beware. Mothballs people, MOTHBALLS!
