Management sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The place has huge bugs and the exterminator is unreliable. Maintenance sucks. Management are jerks. The water treatment plant up the street makes it smell awful at night. They are miserable to guests, they don't enforce rules that would benefit residents... All in all, after the place changed hands it's been horrible -- don't don't don't live here! parking near your building can be a pain, they don't arrange for people to park their boats etc out of the way. despite the fact that they don't let many undergrads live here, there is still quite a bit of music noise. there is usually lighting around the main parts of buildings but not at the rear or sides of most buildings where many entrances to apartments are. the buildings look nice but are cheaply made, bugs come in easily, you can hear every noise coming from surrounding apartments. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
