Too much price for too little

I have lived at the View for a year and I have not been satisfied with the customer service, or the noise level at the apartment. I am constantly receiving notices that someone will be in my apartment the next day, when two or three days notice would be much more considerate. The office calls me at work constantly because they did not make a copy of my key when I moved in, and they did not make a copy of it a second time when I took the key back. When they call my workplace, they threaten me with a lease violation because they can't get into my apartment. It is also constantly noisy with construction and loud neighbors. We can put up halloween decorations, but if you put a sign for your presidential candidate on the porch, you are threatened with a lease violation and the sign is removed. It is definatly not the best apartment I have ever lived in, although it is the most expensive. Don't plan on hanging your clothes in the closet- the rods fall down in several apartments.
