THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE GREAT CONCERNING TRASH PICKUP FROM FRONT DOORS, RETURNING DEPOSITS,PICKING UP TRASH ON GROUNDS,AND THE PET POLICYS. THEY FIX ALL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WITHIN A FEW SHORT HOURS AND THE LEASING STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT AND WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY THEY CAN. THEY CAN ALSO GUARANTEE IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED WITH THE APARTMENT, YOU CAN FILE A LAWSUIT (LIKE MOST DO)AND YOU WILL WIN BY DEFAUT. SO PLEASE COME RENT WITH MBS, SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.
